Teakwood Windows
The window is defined
by its hardware and unique operation.
All TS TEAK windows come standard with multi-point locking that allows for extremely large sashes to be operated and latched using a single lever.
TS TEAK - Fixed
The fixed window is designed to replicate the look of an operable window so that a consistency of design can be maintained throughout the project. Sash and frame dimensions are identical to adjacent operable windows so that glass and trim sightlines will be consistent throughout.
TS TEAK - Tilt Turn
The Tilt + Turn window offers many features and benefits. They can be hoppered into a room to allow for ventilation up and over the top of the window so that airflow is directed across the ceiling to ventilate the spaces where warm air gets trapped. This window remains securely latched while it is hoppered creating ventilation that is secure at any time of the day.
Tilt + Turn windows can also be swung into the room so that the exterior surfaces can be easily cleaned, ever from the upper stories of a building. In both instances the sash swings to 
the interior, so insect screens are fixed to the exterior of the window where the screen is less visible.
Casement / Awnings
TS TEAK Casements and awnings are available with the option of standard casement or multipoint latching. The use of optional butt-hinges allow for oversize casement windows that are extremely stable and easy to operate. Optional Multi-point gears provide a high level of security and single lever operation.
Casement and awning windows can be joined to any other Window or to 
hinged doors as sidelights or transoms, using a range of mullion options. This level of design flexibility provides more freedom to be creative in
the design process and can produce a truly unique appearance. Numerous screening options are available for this window system, including in-swing and concealed roll-up style screens.
TS TEAK Multipoint
Multi-point windows incorporate a European style multipoint gear that locks the sash shut at multiple locations around the perimeter of the window. Multipoint hardware helps to maintain even gasket pressure to provide a high level of sound and weather insulation while also offering maximum security. Operated by a single lever handle, the Multi-point window can be outfitted with levers commonly available from a wide range of popular hardware manufacturers to ensure uniformity of hardware between both windows and doors.
TS TEAK Doors
Doors are designed and built to enhance the design of your project. Whether it’s a grand entryway, gallery, or the back door off the kitchen, We have the options and design flexibility to make every opening special. Some of these options include matching insect screens, transoms, sidelights, lock-rails, solid or tongue-and-groove panels, arched tops, and multipoint locking hardware. And these are only the beginning.
TS TEAK Sliding Systems
The dramatic effect of a large sliding door is unparalleled. Sliding door systems utilize stainless steel Lift and Slide hardware to provide ease of operation for door panels up to 800 lbs.
TS TEAK sliding doors can be slid into pockets to provide maximum clear openings, or used to open up corners without the use of structural corner posts.Sliding doors are available in a number of panel configurations and options include sliding insect screens 
in matching millwork, a number of threshold designs, transoms, sidelights, any number of divided lite patterns, lock-rails, wood panels, and much more. As with all of our windows and doors, our Sliding Doors are hand crafted with all non-ferrous fasteners and the finest species of Teakwoods.
TS TEAK also offer composite species construction featuring a different wood species to the interior and exterior. The most current high efficiency and decorative glazing options are available as well as multiple screening systems from manual to motorize.
TS TEAK Folding Systems
Folding door systems are utilized to provide maximum clear openings.
Folding doors can either be sill or head supported or swing to the interior or exterior. One to two panels can be designated as independent man-doors so you 
can use the opening for passage without having to operate the entire system.
TS TEAK Folding door systems are available in a number of configurations, including corner units that can open up a corner without the use of a structural post. We offer two types of folding door hardware to give you the most design flexibility. As with all of our windows and doors, our Folding Doors are hand crafted with all non-ferrous fasteners and the finest species of Teak wood.
